ECN Staffing Solutions first conducts pre-employment screening to verify the potential employees’ personal information and uses E-Verify to determine their eligibility to hold employment in the United States. The pre-employment screening process also includes conducting criminal background check and a drug test. Once all of the employees are thoroughly screened and ultimately hired, our company begins to assume all liability associated with the employees. Specifically, we are responsible for Workers Compensation. Additionally, if requested by the client, we can arrange transportation to and from work for our employees. ECN Staffing Solutions also engages in performing all payroll services. If there is a need for payroll financing, ECN Staffing Solutions offers a number of financing accommodations.
