We use E-Verify to determine their eligibility to hold employment in the United States. The pre-employment screening process also includes conducting a criminal background check and a drug test.
After the employee is thoroughly screened and ultimately hired, ECN Staffing Solutions begins to assume all liability associated with that employee.
Specifically, we are responsible for Workers’ Compensation coverage. If requested by you, we can arrange transportation to and from work for employees. We will handle all payroll services, payroll financing (if required), and a number of financing accommodations.
