2. We’ll Choose Employees Who Match Your Requests

After thorough background checks and employment history examinations, we’ll select employees who check all the boxes for your open position(s).

More specifically, ECN Staffing Solutions conducts pre-employment screening to verify the potential employees’ personal information. We use E-Verify to determine their eligibility to hold employment in the United States. The pre-employment screening process also includes conducting a criminal background check and a drug test.

3. We Assume All Liability

After the employee is thoroughly screened and ultimately hired, ECN Staffing Solutions begins to assume all liability associated with that employee.

Specifically, we are responsible for Workers’ Compensation coverage. If requested by you, we can arrange transportation to and from work for employees. We will handle all payroll services, payroll financing (if required), and a number of financing accommodations.
